He serves as the play-by-play announcer and executive producer for LIVE North Beach Hyaks varsity football and basketball games, and hosts two music shows. Price, who retired after 25 years in the U.S. Navy, is a long-time Washington resident, who hosted numerous shipboard radio shows and emceed various events and festivals during his decorated and distinguished career. After his time in the Navy, Price worked for a telecommunications company and later for the Department of Defense.

Papa "B" has a history with the music scene since the 60's with Garage Bands to owning his own entertainment company "Part Time Unlimited." After being away from the music scene for almost twenty years working as Operations Director for Snoqualmie Valley School District Papa " B" said "It feels good to get back to the music scene.
